Behind the MRI Door

I waited almost six months on disability for this MRI. Just when you believe everything is finally going well, something can suddenly turn your world upside down again.

Many of you know I suffer from claustrophobia. Closed spaces make me panic and feel as though I cannot breathe. Yet, during the past two years, I have lost count of how many MRIs I’ve endured—almost every four months before my surgery, and now again afterward.

Today, as I approached Diagnostic Imaging, I could barely feel my knees. Walking through those doors took me straight back to the twelve days I spent recovering in the hospital—trapped in that bed and unable to walk for eight days.

The first part of the MRI consisted of regular images. After about thirty minutes, contrast dye was injected through my IV while I remained inside the machine, allowing them to take clearer and more detailed images.

As the contrast entered my veins, my body suddenly felt hot—and then cold. The coldness spread through me. My lips, mouth and face began to feel numb, and even my forehead felt freezing. Inside that tight machine, with my claustrophobia and all those memories returning, I felt completely vulnerable.

The trauma of his abuse did not end with our separation. It continued in different forms—in my body, my fear and the battles I am still fighting today.

To everyone who stayed beside me, even when I didn’t listen to your advice: I now understand why. You stayed because you truly love me.

Some doors don’t simply lead into a room—they reopen wounds you are still trying to heal.

But today, trembling and afraid, I walked through that door anyway. ❤️‍🩹

Points of View

One side or another… Left or right… Design is a way of life, a point of view. It involves the whole complex of visual communications: talent, creative ability, manual skill, and technical knowledge. Aesthetics and economics, technology and psychology are intrinsically related to the process. Truth is a point of view, but authenticity can’t be faked.

Everything depends on how we see the facts… In which way we see a simple glass of water: half full or half empty… Or maybe, in which way we judge a person: from our personal point of view or from the other person’s point of view..

In the end everything depends on how we approach and see the things!

Different Ways Of Me…

I am not trying to give an image of a fairytale, perfect, everything else, I am just being myself.
Our uniqueness makes us special, makes perception valuable – but it can also make us lonely.

This loneliness is different from being ‘alone’: You can be lonely even surrounded by people. The feeling I’m talking about stems from the sense that we can never fully share the truth of who we are. We have to experience to know ourself in such different ways and different circumstances….

If you love and trust in yourself, you will never be alone… ”

My Sunset Reflection… Peace of Mind

Clouds come floating into my life, no longer to carry rain or usher storm, but to add color to my sunset sky.

Keep looking up! I learn from the past, dream about the future and look up. There’s nothing like a beautiful sunset to end a healthy day.

If you are in a beautiful place where you can enjoy sunrise and sunset, then you are living like a lord.

Looking for simple things ,and finding the happiness near the sea, the sky and the sunset and that’s what I define” My Peace of Mind.. “
